Timedeffects

I'm having issues with the timedeffect.ini 

  28.inventory = 17
  28.paperdoll = 17

  864.inventory = 17
  864.paperdoll = 17

i am using eosource 6.9 .
if anybody has any idea why it might not work please let me know ;p.

Did you try restarting the client/server after the change? Yeah, :/ nothing's been working. It's like it is built onto the weapon. TA removed but the effect is still there

for some reason the TA on my weapon will not remove itself, I removed TA from the effects.ini but the effect is still there, anybody know what's causing this?
